How do I pay?
TURNAVISUAL accepts all mayor credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover and more. We offer other billing solutions on our enterprise plans.
Can I upgrade mid-billing cycle?
You can! We pro-rate all charges so you are only charged for the cost of the new plan less the remaining unused amount from your current plan.
Is there a seat limit on any plan?
No! You can purchase any plan with as many team members as you would like.
Is there a minimum contract lenght?
Nope! When you enroll in a monthly or annual plan, you pay up-front to access TURNAVISUAL for the next month or year, respectively. However, you may cancel at any time during your billing cycle for free and you'll retain full access to that plan until the end of the billing cycle.
Does my client need a paid seat?
Nope! You can share 3D packaging designs with your clients via Proof links which does not require a login.You can also add them to your projects as collaborators, which does require them to login.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel your subscription from the Billing section of your account here once you have reduced usage below the free plan limits.
